Program Overview

Step Forward International Mentorship is a comprehensive program designed to help students from Grades 7 to 10 achieve their academic and personal goals. The program focuses on building a strong foundation for students by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed not just in their studies but also in their personal and professional lives. The quarterly module is carefully crafted to ensure that students receive the right amount of guidance and support throughout the year. The program starts with psychometric and aptitude testing for the student, followed by a deep dive exercise for both parents and students to identify the goals and objectives of the program.

Throughout the program, students receive one-on-one mentorship, attend skill-building workshops, and have exposure to profile building opportunities in different fields. The skill-building workshops focus on key areas such as writing, vocabulary building, group discussions, public speaking, interviews, research, and PowerPoint presentations, among others. At the end of each year, students are required to deliver a model program that includes one op-ed article, one short research paper, one personal narrative essay, one passion project, and one mock interview. With the Step Forward International Mentorship program, students can build a strong foundation that will help them become successful leaders, thinkers, and doers in the future.
