A vibrant personality and an Engineer turned Educator. An MBA with years of experience with Time-share Holidays and Waste Management Consultancy, he now helps establish the revolutionary Coding- Robotics Education for schools in the Country. He is a worldwide traveller and Co-Founder of VACATIONS EDUTAINMENT, ROBOSMART LABS PVT. LTD. & now STEP FORWARD INTERNATIONAL. He envisions a great future for the present day students and is working towards cultivating their potential through several centres of study line for technological advancements and International collaboration. He launched VACATIONS EDUTAINMENT to widen horizon of informal learning in Schools with International Travel trips at an early age that ensures a remarkable change in the personality & perception of students.

She has done her MBA from Newport University, California and has a 15 years rich experience with the country's top media brand Dainik Bhaskar. As a Project Head for branding and advertising she undertook several challenging responsibilities and has many Coffee Table books, Magazines, Career Education Seminars, Talk Shows, Media Awards, etc. to her credit. Owing to her husband's profession as a mariner, she has travelled across several countries and has experienced different cultures first hand which has helped widen her horizon and scope. She now intends to put her enriched experiences to good use by contributing towards the future of young students.

With a specialization in international higher education for the past decade, Katherine has worked closely with international high school students across India, Singapore, Indonesia and the UK to help them hone their communication skills, and present the best version of themselves to universities and other institutions. Katherine graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College (USA), and holds a certificate in college counselling from Columbia University Teachers College. She routinely conducts professional development workshops for IC3, and is a professional member of the International Association for College Admissions Counselling and the All India - Independent Education Counsellors Network.

An entrepreneur at heart, Kavitta has worked in the student space for the past decade. She is also an angel investor with investments in Tech Startups across Crowd Funding, Food Tech, Supply Chain, Health Tech and now Ed Tech. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College and a specialist in Marketing Management from the Times School of Marketing, Kavitta's corporate career includes heading communications for the British Council in India and being a part of the brand management team at Daewoo Motors. She is a spousal member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO).
